NEIL GURNEY : DIRECTOR

As the Financial Director, Neil controls all financial aspects of the business, together with the collation of all driver/worker hours worked, liaising with clients, all invoicing and payments associated with clients and driver/workers.

 
LAURA COOPER : PAYROLL / ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT

With over 16 years experience working for various companies throughout the local area, Laura brings an exceptional wealth of knowledge and understanding of the Transport and Distribution Industry to the Revolution team. Laura initially joined the Revolution team in September 2007 as part of the driving division but by utilising all of her previous experience and skills, Laura is now well positioned within our Payroll and Accounts department.

 
VI LOWETH : DRIVING DIVISION

Vi's main responsibilities include business sales, collating driver availability, resourcing and allocating bookings, customer relations, referencing drivers, client service visits and working 'on call' out of office hours. Vi is also the person responsible for keeping and recording the 'Working Time Directive' hours for each driver.

 
WAYNE MCLAREN : DRIVING DIVISION

Wayne's duties include, business sales, collating driver availability, resourcing and allocating bookings, customer service, all aspects of driver recruitment, including advertising, interviewing, reference checking, and training, client service visits and working 'on call' out of office hours.

 
HELEN THOMAS : DRIVING DIVISION

Helen joined the team in February 2010 and brings with her a wealth of experience in the recruitment industry having previously owned "Open Road Recruitment". Helen's duties include, business sales, collating driver availability, resourcing and allocating bookings, customer service, all aspects of driver recruitment, including advertising, interviewing, reference checking, licence checking, client service visits and working 'on call' out of office hours.

 
PAUL SPOONER : DRIVING DIVISION

Joining the Revolution team in February 2008, Paul brings with him nearly 10 years of experience working in the Transport industry. Paul also holds a LGV 1 license, which enable Revolution to utilise his hands on experience.

For Revolution, Paul's main responsibilities include, business sales, collating driver availability, resourcing and allocating bookings, customer service, all aspects of driver recruitment, including advertising, interviewing, reference checking, and training, client service visits and working 'on call' out of office hours.
