Established in October of 2004, Revolution was conceived and created by Neil Gurney and Paul Welsby in Rugby, Warwickshire. Prior to the commencement of Revolution, Neil and Paul held positions as senior managers within the transport / logistics sector, gaining many years experience managing driving and industrial / warehouse personnel before taking voluntary redundancies and seizing the opportunity. During their earlier careers, both Revolution directors also worked as C+E drivers, including temporary positions, gaining firsthand knowledge of the pitfalls often associated with being an ‘agency’ worker, especially when working within heavily unionised environments.
Using this personal experience to their advantage, Revolution was created with a clear agenda; to supply Professional People, Delivering Professional Results, offering a professional, compliant and respectful approach to the way both temporary workers and clients alike are treated in the market place, with an emphasis on creating honest and transparent partnerships. |
